Warm water shower-type retort sterilization device

We can change the control to meet customer needs! Two types of methods are available.

The "Warm Water Shower Type Retort Sterilization Device" is an automatic device for sterilizing beverage cans, bottle cans, and pharmaceutical pins. With touch panel screen control, it can display pattern settings (up to 150 patterns), temperature, pressure settings, PID control settings, process screens, abnormal screens, and graphic screens. Optional features include F1 direct monitor, abnormal messages, and computer management of the manufacturing process (printout from memory). Fully Automatic Retort Sterilization Device

Supports automatic loading and unloading. Achieves improved efficiency and labor reduction in retort sterilization through sequence control.

We offer a fully automatic retort sterilization device that can automate the sterilization process for beverage cans, pharmaceutical bottles, pouch packs, and more. Items placed on a cart are automatically loaded and unloaded into the device for sterilization treatment. Additionally, with the sequencer and GOT screen, you can set and select temperature control patterns, temperature PID control, pressure ON/OFF control, and process time settings. The numerical display on the operation screen allows you to monitor the status of the process and elapsed time. By using stainless steel plates with a thickness of 8mm or more, we enhance strength, and the structure is designed to be less prone to cracking for components such as foot plates, nozzles, and piping. 【Features】 ■ Automatic control from loader to unloader is possible as a whole ■ Five types are available: steam pressure type, steam pressure type with stirring fan, hot water full water type (with storage tank), hot water upper shower type, and hot water side shower type ■ Equipped with temperature sensors that monitor the deviation from the control temperature during sterilization ■ Options for stainless steel (SUS304, 304L, 316, 316L) and iron (SS400) are available *For more details, please refer to the materials.
